Returns & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you need to return a purchase made online with Savvy Brands we are happy to offer an exchange or provide an online credit for your item.
An exchange or online credit for full priced items will only be provided when:
- Merchandise is in a saleable condition along with original packaging and all tags attached
- Item is not worn, damaged, altered or washed
Online credits will expire a year from date issued and can only be used to purchase via Savvy Brands online not in store.
Please contact email@example.com with your return query prior to return, item must be received within 10 days of purchase.
Return shipping costs are at the customers expenses and tracking is highly recommended.
Original invoice must be included with your return
